Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business operations strategies and policies.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.

- Monitor organizational performance and ensure operational efficiency.

- Lead and manage department heads and operational teams.

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

- Support business growth initiatives and strategic planning.

- Manage budgets, resources, and operational expenditures.

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on long-term business objectives.

- Drive innovation and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Pay: ₹199,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
