Role Summary - 5+ years in digital transformation, technology consulting or programme delivery. Experience assessing enterprise technology landscapes, identifying gaps and driving cross-functional implementation; Senior stakeholder and vendor management essential.

Act as the single point of coordination for IT project delivery, taking initiatives from business requirements to go-live and adoption. Partner with business stakeholders and the Central tech team, and coordinate across Digital Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and external vendors to deliver in-house applications and vendor-led solutions (SaaS and cloud-deployed) on scope, schedule and quality.

Incumbent also should be able to identify and prioritize Digital & AI transformation initiatives by assessing business processes and the enterprise technology landscape, identifying capability and architecture gaps, and drive a practical transformation. Translate business priorities into solutions and drive execution from requirements and solution evaluation through implementation, adoption and measurable value realisation. Work with business functions, technology teams and external partners.

Key Responsibility Areas -

- Central Tech SPOC & Technology Partner Coordination:



Act as the single point of contact between the Resonia and Group Central Tech, including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Enterprise Applications and Integration/Data teams. Coordinate architecture reviews, technical feasibility, security and infrastructure readiness, integration dependencies and escalations for Digital & AI initiatives. Evaluate technology partners and proposed solutions for fit, scalability and supportability.
- Enterprise Architecture & Gap Assessment: Understand the current application landscape, system interfaces, data flows and technology dependencies. Identify fragmentation, integration gaps, manual workarounds and opportunities to modernise or simplify the enterprise technology setting.
- Transformation Planning & Business Engagement: Engage functional leaders to assess processes, define future-state workflows and prioritise Digital & AI use cases. Evaluate business value, technical feasibility, dependencies and readiness.
- Delivery & Governance: Drive approved initiatives from business requirements and solution design through vendor development, testing, deployment and stabilisation. Own delivery milestones, risks, interdependencies, decisions and escalation; ensure solutions meet agreed business outcomes.
- Adoption, Reporting & Value Realisation: Guide pilots and rollouts, ensure business ownership and user readiness, and track adoption, productivity improvement and post-go-live enhancements. Provide concise progress, risk and decision updates to the CEOs Office.
