Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading Intelense’s overall financial strategy and health. The CFO will oversee financial planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting that aligns with regulatory requirements and supports strategic decisions. This role includes managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, guiding long-term investment and capital allocation decisions, and partnering with senior leadership on growth initiatives.





The CFO will also build and lead the finance team, implement robust internal controls, and optimize systems and processes to support Intelense’s rapid innovation. Day-to-day, the CFO will collaborate across departments, advise on financial risks and opportunities, and communicate financial performance and forecasts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with hands-on experience in Financial Planning and budgeting.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, model scenarios, and support strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within technology, AI, or SaaS-driven businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, taxation, and corporate governance.
- Ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record in fundraising, investor relations, or working with boards and external partners is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background such as CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
