Job Title: Chief Fundraising Officer (CFO)

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Experience: 15 to 20 Years Experience

Fundraising Strategy & Revenue Generation:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Drive fundraising initiatives through individual donors, HNIs, corporates, CSR partnerships, foundations, and institutional funding.
- Establish annual fundraising targets, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify current fundraising opportunities, revenue streams, and potential funding partnerships.
- Monitor fundraising performance and ensure achievement of agreed revenue targets.
- Develop innovative fundraising campaigns and donor acquisition strategies.

Donor & Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, philanthropists, HNIs, corporate leaders, and institutional partners.
- Develop strategies for donor acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term relationship management.
- Lead high-value donor meetings,



presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
- Ensure effective donor communication, reporting, recognition, and relationship management.
- Represent the organisation at corporate meetings, networking events, fundraising forums, and stakeholder engagements.
