Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee corporate finance, accounting, compliance and financial operations.
- Establish and strengthen accounting systems, processes and internal controls.
- Supervise financial reporting, account preparation and internal/statutory audits across fund entities and portfolio companies.
- Assist in financial due diligence of prospective portfolio companies.
- Manage regulatory and statutory compliances, including GIFT City, IFSC, PPM and investment-related requirements.
- Handle investor communications, tax planning and statutory filings.
- Supervise company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
- Oversee risk management, cash flow planning, treasury operations and day-to-day cash management.
- Manage HR-related financial activities, including payroll processing and credit-limit controls.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic record; first-attempt qualification preferred.




- 3–4 years of experience in Audit, Advisory or Due Diligence with a reputed CA firm, preferably Big 4, or experience as a CFO in a services business.
- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, financial controls and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail, solid interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
