Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Location: Ahmedabad

Education & Experience

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic track record, preferably cleared in the first attempt.
- 3-4 years of experience in Audit, Advisory, or Due Diligence with a reputed CA firm, preferably Big 4.
- Candidates with prior experience as a CFO in a service-based business may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions.
- Manage financial reporting, accounting systems, audits and internal controls.
- Assist in due diligence of prospective portfolio companies.
- Ensure regulatory compliances, including GIFT City, IFSC, PPM and investment-related requirements.
- Handle investor communication, tax planning and statutory filings.
- Supervise secretarial activities, payroll and HR-related financial matters.
- Manage cash flow, daily fund requirements and risk management.
