This is a performance-linked, target-based sales role. If you have a proven track record of consistently smashing revenue targets in a high-speed, live-chat sales environment, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities (Speed & Conversion Driven)

- Lightning-Rapid Lead Engagement: Maintain an aggressive Response Turnaround Time (TAT under 1 minute) on all incoming live chats, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries. Speed-to-lead is our biggest edge.
- Conversion & Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets by converting prospective first-time leads into paid subscribers.
- Real-Time Objection Handling: Build instant rapport via chat, understand buyer pain points, handle pricing/schedule objections on the spot, and close deals on the very first interaction.
- Consultative Value Selling: Use your wellness or fitness knowledge to understand customer health goals and recommend the right membership plans without friction.
- Proactive Follow-Ups: Maintain active, structured follow-up cadences with warm chat leads and abandoned cart users to ensure zero revenue leakage.

- Proven Sales Track Record (MANDATORY): Prior experience in a chat-based inside sales role with a demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- High-Speed Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a TAT of under 1 minute.
- Excellent Written Communication: Superior English writing skills, fast typing speed, and the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and persuasive power through text.
- Domain Background (Preferred): Experience in B2C health-tech, fitness, or Ed-Tech sales (e.g., HealthifyMe,Cult.fit, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Target-Driven Mindset: Highly disciplined, resilient, and motivated by performance bonuses and uncapped incentives.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work evening or night shifts (between 6 PM and 8 AM IST) to support our global audience (US/Europe).
