Role Description The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for clients and internal operations.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and tax regulations. The role involves conducting financial analysis, supporting audits, advising on cost control and budgeting,



and providing guidance on financial risk and regulatory changes.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with HR and operations teams to support organizational decision-making through accurate financial data and reporting. This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance.

- Experience with taxation, audit procedures, and regulatory filings relevant to Indian financial laws.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.

- Capability in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative work approach.

- Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) and relevant professional membership.

- Prior experience in corporate finance, consulting, or HR services/ staffing industry is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
