Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage the company's finance and accounting operations, statutory compliances, banking, project finance, budgeting, MIS reporting, audits, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle finalisation of books of accounts, trial balance, balance sheets, and ledger scrutiny.
- Manage banking activities, bank proposals, financial documentation, and fund management.
- Ensure statutory compliance relating to Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
- Coordinate internal, external, and branch audits.
- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis.
- Monitor project finance, cost controls, fund utilisation, and JV partner reporting.
- Manage fixed asset registers, insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
- Oversee ERP and accounting software such as Tally, TDL, Lawbrit, Compupay, and Keka.




- Coordinate quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
- Support management in business development, financial planning, and project financing.
- Maintain financial records, data backups, and official correspondence.
- Prepare periodic work plans, review reports, and management updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and professional ethics.

Eligibility & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, banking, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
- Good analytical, communication, coordination, and management skills.
- Strong professional ethics and attention to detail.
