The CBH In Training role is an exciting prospect to shape the operations and guest experience at Popeyes restaurants across Punjab. As a key member of the Operations Support team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building a talented and engaged team.

Your impact will be felt across multiple restaurants, as you work closely with restaurant managers and teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and meet business goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coach teams on hospitality standards, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain high safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all restaurants.
- Empower and guide teams to handle guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Take ownership of in-store marketing promotions and provide insights for national marketing campaigns.
- Execute new product rollouts and drive system growth, including new store sales.
- Monitor and manage costs, ensuring restaurants meet annual business plan targets.
- Identify and propose new business expansion locations, considering strategic fit and competition.
- Support the training and development of new team members,



fostering a culture of respect and fairness.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members, recognizing and rewarding contributions.
- Act as a problem solver, adapting quickly to business needs and providing effective action plans.

Qualifications

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the QSR industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with hospitality and sanitation standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
