Vinayak Global Solutions is looking for compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Caretakers to provide personal care and assistance to bedridden patients at their homes in Mumbai and nearby areas.
The ideal candidate should be patient, caring, and capable of assisting patients with their daily activities while ensuring their comfort, hygiene, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to bedridden patients.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and diaper changes.
- Help patients with feeding and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Regularly change patient positions to prevent bedsores.
- Assist with mobility and basic daily activities.
- Monitor the patient's general condition and report concerns to the family.
- Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and a hygienic environment.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients.
Duty Hours & Payment: Candidates can choose between a 12-hour shift with payment of ₹1,000 per shift or a 24-hour shift with payment of ₹2,000 per shift.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in patient care, elderly care,
or bedridden patient care is preferred.
- Ability to handle bedridden patients with care and patience.
- Responsible, compassionate, and trustworthy.
- Positive personal hygiene and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in home-care assignments.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Location Mumbai and nearby areas. Candidates may be assigned home-care visits based on patient requirements.
