One guides learners through academic planning, skill assessments, and post-graduation pathways. one-on-one coaching, resume building, and market navigation. Core Responsibilities • Student Counseling • Assessments & Planning • Application Support:
• Workshops & Events: Facilitate career development workshops, guest lectures, and campus recruitment or job fairs.
• Market Research: Experience: Prior background in academic advising, student services, or career coaching (typically 1–3 years). Key Skills • Communication: Clear verbal and written presentation skills with solid active listening.
