We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Career Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in guiding students and job seekers towards suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and counsel students and job seekers regarding career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational backgrounds, skills, and career interests.
- Recommend suitable courses, career paths, and job opportunities.
- Assist individuals with career planning and professional development.
- Handle candidate enquiries through phone calls and direct interactions.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain candidate records and update databases.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand individual career requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
