About DAYBREAK SOCIAL

DAYBREAK SOCIAL is a Kolkata-born conceptual festival and contemporary culture platform bringing together independent music, street culture, art, design, fashion, food and creative communities.

With DAYBREAK / 001 – THE CITY IS THE FESTIVAL, arriving in December 2026, we're looking to build a solid campus network and connect with students who can bring the DayBreak experience to their college communities.

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, socially active and proactive Campus Ambassadors to represent DAYBREAK SOCIAL within their respective colleges and universities.

As a Campus Ambassador, you will be the bridge between DayBreak and your campus community. Your role will involve building awareness, creating excitement around the festival, connecting with student communities and driving ticket sales through your personal and campus networks.

This role is ideal for students interested in event management, marketing, branding, music, fashion and contemporary youth culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campus Outreach & Community Building

- Introduce DAYBREAK SOCIAL to students and college communities.
- Build connections with college societies, clubs and student organisations.
- Identify potential campus collaborators and student communities.
- Establish DayBreak's presence within your college.

2. Marketing & Promotion

- Promote DayBreak campaigns, announcements and event updates across social media.
- Create organic engagement through Instagram stories, posts and reels.
- Execute creative campus-level promotional activities.
- Generate conversations and excitement around the festival.

3. Ticket Sales & Audience Engagement

- Promote festival tickets within your personal and college networks.
- Drive ticket enquiries,



referrals and successful conversions.
- Encourage group bookings and participation from student communities.
- Achieve assigned promotional and ticket-sales targets.

4. Talent & Community Discovery

- Identify emerging student artists, musicians, creators and performers.
- Discover potential collaborators and campus talent.
- Share campus trends, audience insights and creative ideas with the DayBreak team.

Commission structures, performance incentives and payout terms will be communicated during onboarding. Eligibility & Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a recognised college or university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active presence on social media, particularly Instagram.
- Good connections within college and student communities.
- Interest in music, fashion, art, culture, entertainment and events.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet promotional goals.
- Prior experience in marketing, event promotion or campus activities is an advantage, but not mandatory.
