I am looking for a serial cafe hopper in Pune.

I run Blendonomics. We supply coffee beans, hot chocolate and beverage products to cafes across India. Pune is already one of our important markets, and I am spending time here to grow it: more cafes on board, and a strong distributor network across the city.

I need one person on the ground who loves cafes as much as I do.

This is not a target-pushing sales job. You will be the person Pune cafes know from Blendonomics. You visit cafes, run tastings, listen to owners and baristas, and help them decide if our products fit their menu. What you hear in the field comes straight to me and our head office team, and it shapes what we do next.

What you will do

- Visit cafes across Pune that have asked to try our products, and find new ones on your own beat.
- Run tastings and explain the product in clear, honest terms.
- Find out what works on a cafe's menu, what worries the owner, and what they need.
- Log every visit the same day and send a short field report every week.
- Follow up with cafes so they keep ordering because the product works for them.
- Work with me, our head office team and our distribution partners in Pune.





You must have

- Some experience in or with cafes, restaurants, hotels, catering, food delivery or food brands. Any role counts: barista, floor staff, kitchen, outlet operations, restaurant onboarding, food sales, food content, internships or part-time work.
- Good spoken and written English. Marathi and Hindi too.
- A two-wheeler and a valid licence, and you are happy to be on the road most days.
- You live in Pune.
- You are available full-time. This role does not suit students in regular day college.
