Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Designer – CAD Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in 2D AutoCAD drafting, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior design projects.

The candidate will be responsible for converting design briefs, site measurements, and project requirements into accurate, production-ready 2D CAD drawings. The role requires robust technical drafting skills, spatial understanding, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining drawing accuracy and timely delivery.

This is primarily a technical drafting role involving coordination with the Project Manager. It does not include direct client handling or independent design consultations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Convert site measurements and design briefs into accurate CAD drawings.
- Prepare production-ready technical drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior projects.
- Incorporate revisions based on Project Manager feedback, client approvals, and site modifications.
- Maintain organised drawing files with proper naming conventions and version control.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for daily task prioritisation and drawing reviews.
- Identify and highlight measurement discrepancies, missing information, or technical ambiguities before starting drawings.




- Ensure drawings meet project specifications, technical standards, and committed deadlines.
- Manage multiple active projects while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in 2D AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior detailing.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, site measurements, elevations, and sections.
- Good understanding of dimensions, measurements, spatial planning, and technical detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage drawing revisions and multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Robust time management and organisational skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant technical qualifications in CAD Drafting or Architectural Drafting will also be considered.
- Candidates with strong practical AutoCAD drafting experience and relevant industry exposure are preferred.

Experience Required
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in 2D AutoCAD drafting.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior fit-out projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience preparing production or execution drawings will have an advantage.

Preferred Additional Skills
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Revit or Photoshop.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
