We are looking for an experienced and responsible person who can manage the day-to-day operations of our Mediclaim and Motor Insurance divisions.
The person will work closely with the management and act as a support to the GM in managing daily business activities, improving work processes, monitoring teams and helping the business grow.
The main responsibility will be to ensure that the sales and backend teams work smoothly, targets are achieved, systems are followed and employees perform their responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Business Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day working of Mediclaim and Motor Insurance divisions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, backend and other teams.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure work is completed on time.
- Identify problems in daily operations and find practical solutions.
1. Sales Team Monitoring
- Monitor the performance of sales teams.
- Review daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and business opportunities.
- Track targets and help teams improve their performance.
- Guide team members wherever required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve business closures.

- Monitor backend operations, policy issuance, renewals and customer servicing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
