Company Description

K Project Fashion Collective is building a new kind of retail experience that brings together India's most exciting homegrown brands across fashion, beauty, fragrances and lifestyle.

We are creating an 8,000 sq. ft. curated retail destination featuring 100+ Indian brands under one roof, blending retail, storytelling, creator collaborations, events and content to help emerging brands grow.

With our first flagship store on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon, we are building a platform where brands can connect with consumers, build visibility and create lasting relationships.

Role Description

We are looking for two Brand Partnerships Managers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote role with an immediate joining requirement.

The role involves identifying, pitching and onboarding emerging D2C brands onto K Project. You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and founder outreach to commercial negotiations, deal closures, agreements, payments and brand onboarding.

You will also work closely with our internal teams to coordinate product selection, inventory,



counter displays, launch timelines and brand activations.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, B2B sales, business development, category management or marketplace onboarding.
- Understanding of the Indian D2C ecosystem, preferably across fashion, beauty and fragrances.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience pitching directly to founders and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Experience with multi-brand retail, marketplaces or quick commerce is an added advantage.
