Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Operations Executive. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including inventory management, overseeing material kit preparation, coordinating shipments and deliveries, managing framing logistics, and handling course-related operations.



The role also involves managing operational requirements across our digital platforms and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the studio.

Qualifications

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience or familiarity with inventory management, logistics and day-to-day operational coordination.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to work with vendors, courier partners and internal teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets and online platforms.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative in office work environment.
- Prior experience in business operations, administration or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
