Are you a dynamic business leader with a proven track record of building and scaling profitable digital media businesses?

We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Digital Media with complete ownership of business growth, sales, revenue, P&L;, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business strategy, P&L;, revenue growth, and profitability.

Lead business development, client acquisition, sales, pitches, and deal closures.

Drive organic social media, paid media, performance marketing, and influencer marketing.

Build and manage high-performing teams across digital, creative, and sales.

Manage key client relationships, escalations, and crisis communication.

Drive upselling, cross-selling, client retention, and new business opportunities.

Monitor business performance, campaign ROI, and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For:





12+ years of experience in Digital Media / Social Media / Digital Marketing.

Strong experience in P&L; ownership, sales, business development, and revenue generation.

Expertise in both organic and paid media.

Proven leadership, team management, client acquisition, and negotiation skills.

Experience working with marketing or digital agencies preferred.

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Full-Time | In office
