Role Description The Business Head will lead Weboin’s digital marketing and web development operations, ensuring strategic growth and strong client relationships. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves overseeing business strategy, revenue targets, and service delivery across key sectors, while identifying new market opportunities and driving business development initiatives.

The Business

Head will manage cross-functional teams, align marketing, sales, and technology efforts, and ensure projects meet client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and ROI.



Day-to-day responsibilities include setting performance goals, monitoring KPIs, guiding account management, participating in high-level client meetings, and ensuring ethical and compliant business practices. The role also requires collaboration with senior leadership on budgeting, resource planning, and long-term vision for the agency’s growth.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding diverse teams across marketing, sales, and technology.
- Business development, client relationship management, and account strategy skills to drive growth and retention in digital services.
- Strategic planning, market analysis, and revenue management skills to set and achieve business targets.
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and web development services, including exposure to SEO, performance marketing, and UX/UI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading operations or business units in an agency, consulting, or digital-first environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with clients in sectors such as education, real estate, medical, FMCG, retail, or technology is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment, make data-informed decisions, and maintain high ethical standards.
