Graystone Capital is looking for a driven, commercially minded Deal Origination Associate to join our growing team in Hyderabad, India.

This is an opportunity to build relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs and decision-makers, identify business and funding opportunities, and contribute to the growth of an international corporate finance and advisory business.

Who's the right fit?

2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Deal Origination or B2B Sales.

Background in Financial Services, Banking, Lending or related sectors is an advantage.

Strong research, prospecting, and pipeline-building skills.

Excellent communication, networking,



and relationship-building abilities.

A commercially driven mindset with an interest in corporate finance.

Exposure to GCC or international markets is a plus.
