Job Summary

- We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to lead our market expansion for Voltage Stabilizers and Fans. In this role, you will focus on onboarding new Distributors and Super Stockists, tapping into unpenetrated territories, and establishing robust channel networks across key target markets.

- If you have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in channel sales, electrical appliances, or distributor network acquisition, and enjoy on-field market development, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Distributor &
- Super Stockist Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-performing distributors and super stockists to expand our distribution network.

- Recent Market Entry: Conduct market mapping, evaluate regional demand, and execute entry strategies in untapped territories.

- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term partnerships with business partners and ensure continuous product pipeline clearance.

- Field Sales &

- Travel: Travel extensively across designated zones for client pitch presentations, partner onboarding, and market intelligence gathering.

- Target Achievement:



Consistently deliver quarterly & yearly revenue targets through effective channel network growth.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Distributor Onboarding (Experience in Electrical Appliances, Consumer Durables, or FMCG preferred).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).

- Languages: Proficient in Hindi and Working/Basic English (Knowledge of local regional languages is an added advantage).

- Travel Willingness: Compulsory travel required for on-site meetings and outstation business development.

- Skills: Excellent negotiation, channel management, B2B pitching, and lead generation capabilities.
