Key Responsibilities

- Develop secondary sales through appointed distributors and their sales teams.
- Take ownership of stock liquidation, product movement and repeat order generation.
- Work closely with distributors to develop annual/monthly sales plans and ensure execution.
- Introduction and Upselling of new formulations
- Identify and develop opportunities across private market, hospitals, institutions and government tenders.
- Drive new product introductions and ensure successful market launch with distributors.
- Identify potential recent countries and appoint new distributors to expand Hexagon's presence.
- Develop and manage KOL networks across assigned countries.
- Plan and coordinate RTMs, CNEs, scientific meetings and other KOL engagement activities.
- Work with distributor marketing teams on promotional, digital and scientific initiatives.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing and product positioning.
- Identify market requirements and communicate opportunities for new formulations, pack sizes and product development.
- Take ownership of regional business forecasts,



sales targets and pipeline development.

Essential Experience

- 4-6years of relevant international business / export sales experience.
- Proven experience in Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Nutrition, Medical Nutrition, Nutraceuticals or Healthcare products.
- Spanish Language is mandatory.
- Existing experience working with international distributors and distributor sales teams.
- Strong understanding of secondary sales, stock liquidation and repeat-order generation.
- Experience in developing new markets and appointing distributors.
- Experience in KOL engagement, scientific meetings, RTMs/CNEs or medical marketing would be highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing business across multiple countries rather than managing only one export market.
