Role & Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities for plastic injection mould manufacturing, mould development, and tool room services.
- Identify and approach OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial companies requiring moulds and tooling solutions.
- Develop current clients through factory visits, cold calling, networking, and B2B meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, design engineers, project managers, and decision-makers.
- Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Develop sales strategies to expand the companys customer base and achieve business targets.
- Identify new markets and industries for mould manufacturing and injection moulding services.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly report sales progress to management.




- Coordinate with the design, tool room, production, and commercial teams to understand customer requirements and prepare quotations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in plastic injection mould manufacturing, mould development, tool rooms, dies, or engineering services is highly preferred.
- Candidates with established contacts in OEMs and manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Strong client-handling, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, acquire new customers, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and factory visits.
