Many brands want to advertise through social media creators, but finding the right people and managing campaigns takes time. Our influencer marketing agency and platform connects brands with creators on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and matches campaigns to creators by audience size.

About the Role

We're looking for a B2B Sales Executive to find brands that advertise online and win our influencer marketing platform's early clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys finding their own leads. You won't be waiting for a list of warm enquiries. You'll identify companies that spend on social media advertising, reach CMOs and marketing leaders directly, and take each conversation from first contact to closed deal.

What You'll Be Doing

- Research brands that are advertising on social media or working with creators
- Build and maintain a prospect list by industry, company size, and location
- Identify CMOs, founders, marketing heads, brand managers, and agency decision-makers
- Generate your own pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Speak with marketing leaders to understand their campaign goals, audience, and budget
- Present how our agency and platform can support their influencer campaigns
- Prepare proposals with the campaign team
- Manage the full sales cycle,



from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Meet clients in person when needed
- Share client feedback and feature requests with the product team
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity records

What We're Looking For

- Experience in B2B sales, ideally selling influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or media services
- A positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube advertising
- Knowledge of how brands plan and budget for influencer campaigns
- A record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience building a pipeline through your own prospecting
- Confidence speaking with CMOs, founders, and senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
- Strong communication in English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel to meet clients
