Webcomp Digitex is hiring a Business Development Manager to own sales end to end — from first call to signed proposal — for manufacturers and real estate developers across Pune and PCMC.

ABOUT US

We’re a 15-member digital marketing and web development agency in Pimple Saudagar, Pune (DPIIT-recognised). Services: website development, SEO, performance marketing, social media, AI-led video production and custom software. Our founders come from mechanical engineering and industrial automation, so industrial clients trust us to understand their machines before we market them.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Build and run the outbound pipeline in Chakan, Bhosari, Talegaon MIDC and PCMC real estate; work inbound leads within 24 hours
- Run discovery meetings alone, qualify hard, and say no to bad-fit work
- Scope, price and present proposals from our rate card
- Close ~90% of deals independently; bring the founder in only for large or technically complex ones
- Hand over signed scope to delivery; upsell active clients
- Keep the CRM current and share a weekly pipeline report

TARGETS

Close sales deals for our services with B2B clients, mainly industrial and manufacturing companies.



Client quality matters as much as deal count — we take showcase-worthy work, not every client who asks.

YOU BRING

- 4–7 years selling B2B services (agency, web/software, SaaS or industrial B2B)
- Have personally closed deals end to end and written the proposals yourself
- Working knowledge of SEO, Meta/Google Ads, social media and web development — enough to scope and push back
- Fluent English, Hindi and Marathi
- Bonus: a Pune manufacturing or real estate network; engineering background; daily use of AI tools in sales work

COMPENSATION

Best in the industry for the right candidate — fixed decided on interview performance and past track record, plus target-based incentive on every deal you close. Explicit path to Head of Sales in 18–24 months.
