What makes this role differentYou will not cold call. Our marketing brings the enquiries - Meta, Google Ads, referrals - from business owners who already know something is broken in their operations. Your work begins after they’ve raised their hand.

You will meet the owner himself. You are a consultant first: you diagnose the problem, our team builds the solution around it, and you close the commercial agreement. If you prefer running feature tours, this is the wrong role.

We do not sell an off-the-shelf product and then look for a problem to attach it to. We study the operation, find the bottleneck, and build what fits. That is why this role is a consultant’s role, not a product seller’s.

What you will ownRespond fast and qualify well. Contact inbound enquiries quickly, confirm the business context, and identify the actual decision-maker before you invest a field visit.

Diagnose in the field. Travel to offices, warehouses, distribution businesses and institutions in and around Calicut. Find the real operational problem - owner dependency, poor visibility, collections, inventory, broken handovers, employee accountability - with specific examples and the rupee impact, not a surface complaint.

Shape the solution.



Work with our Engagement Lead and technical consultants to design the right approach. You are not expected to code, but you are expected to understand the business logic well enough to defend the solution to the owner.

Present and close. Lead the solution discussion, manage approved commercials, negotiate, obtain written acceptance and coordinate the initial payment.

Hand over cleanly. Transfer the engagement to our Engagement Lead with nothing lost. We don’t want closers who oversell and leave delivery to repair the damage.

Keep the pipeline honest. Update the CRM daily so the business can see what’s real.

Who succeeds hereYou have personally influenced and closed meaningful B2B service or solution deals - and you can walk us through one of them in detail.

You build trust with a business owner quickly, ask discovery questions that go three layers deep, and discuss money without flinching.

You are comfortable travelling locally for frequent face-to-face meetings, and you have your own vehicle.

Spoken Malayalam and English, both fluent.

Roughly two years or more in consultative B2B selling. Proof of relevant deals matters far more to us than title, employer or degree.

CompensationFixed pay of ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month, depending on demonstrated experience. Approved local travel reimbursed. Closing incentives on top.

Field schedule rather than fixed desk hours; we care about meetings held and deals closed, not attendance.
