Job Title: Experienced Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, strategic planning, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Monitor performance metrics and report on business growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in B2B sales or industry-specific expertise
- Leadership or team management experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
