Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, engaging prospects, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapid-paced ed-tech environment focused on meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

1.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Lumos solutions.





2.Write personalized emails and proposals to prospects.

3.Set up meetings with potential clients and internal sales representatives.

4.Perform data mining, lead generation, and customer segmentation.

5.Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

6.Prepare and deliver insightful reports using tools like Google Data Studio or similar.

7.Track assigned tasks and report progress daily.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, BBM, BA, or other non-engineering disciplines.

2.Up to 1 year of experience in business development or a related field (Freshers may also apply).

3.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

4.Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of market research.

5.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with business tools like Google Workspace.

6.Exposure to CRM systems is a plus.

7.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Working Hours & Compensation

Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
