Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and present IVAPLUS solutions tailored to customer needs in the Education sector. Daily responsibilities include visiting prospective client locations, meeting client stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, gathering market feedback, collaborating with technical and delivery teams, and reporting on sales activities and targets to management.

Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders to support go-to-market initiatives and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.





Qualifications

- Positive understanding of consultative selling, lead generation, and pipeline management, B2B technology or software sales.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, handle negotiations, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and preferably cloud, AI/ML, or EdTech domain concepts.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi and Odia languages as an advantage.
- Comfort with basic data analysis for sales reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, online meeting platforms).
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or any related field - Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, travel extensively in and around Bhubaneswar City for client meetings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
