Role Description The Business Development Executive – Hospital Onboarding is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for identifying and approaching hospitals and healthcare providers, presenting MediCash’s financing solutions, and driving new partnerships. The role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process for hospitals, coordinating documentation and system setup, and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.

Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and product demos,



negotiating commercial terms within established guidelines, and maintaining strong relationships with partner stakeholders. The executive collaborates closely with operations, product, and customer success teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and support adoption and utilization of MediCash services at partner facilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and drive hospital partnerships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective hospital and clinic partners.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture relationships, support onboarding, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, fintech, financial services, or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel to hospital partners as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
