Job Title: Business Development Executive – PCD Pharma Sales

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive – PCD Pharma Sales to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with pharmaceutical distributors, franchise partners, and potential customers across India to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective pharmaceutical distributors and PCD franchise partners.

Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with potential customers.

Explain product ranges, pricing, monopoly rights, and franchise opportunities.

Share product lists, price lists, and promotional materials through WhatsApp and email.

Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly business targets.

Maintain records of customer interactions, leads,



and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Gather customer feedback and provide updates on market requirements.

Requirements & Skills

1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, PCD pharma, pharma franchise, or telecalling.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in PCD Pharma Sales or Pharmaceutical Telecalling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
