About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Our business operates across multiple sectors, dealing with different types of products and services. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn, acquire new knowledge, and adapt to different industries and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients through calls and other online communication channels.
- Generate new business leads and identify business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities.




- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Learn about different industries, products, and services.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth business operations.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports.
