Work Profile: GeM Portal, Tender Management & Field Work

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders and business opportunities on the GeM Portal.
- Handle GeM bidding, tender documentation, and online submissions.
- Prepare technical and financial bid documents.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions.
- Conduct regular field visits to government departments, clients, and project locations.
- Meet government officials and stakeholders for business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments and industry partners.
- Follow up on submitted tenders, proposals, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for tender documentation and project execution.
- Maintain tender records, deadlines,



and submission reports.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and business development updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of the GeM Portal and government tender processes.
- Experience in field visits and government department coordination.
- Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel for official meetings and fieldwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in GeM bidding, tender documentation, government coordination, and field-based business development. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
