Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning and development programmes.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and communicate programme value effectively.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups to drive enrolments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to successful conversion.
- Maintain lead records, monitor sales pipelines, and achieve assigned targets.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, Inside Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Professional Training, or Premium Service Sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer engagement, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and target-driven mindset.
