We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn business processes and data analysis. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist in creating user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams during project execution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel or other reporting tools.
- Monitor project progress and help resolve business-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- B.Tech or B.Com graduates.
- 2026 pass-outs only are eligible to apply.
- Internship or academic project experience in business analysis is a plus
