Role Description This is a full time, on-site Brand Strategist role based in the Pune Division.

The Brand

Strategist will analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to develop and refine the overall brand strategy. Daily responsibilities include shaping brand positioning and messaging, collaborating with marketing and design teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. The role involves creating brand guidelines, supporting brand development initiatives, and monitoring brand performance metrics to recommend improvements.

Strategist will also partner with internal stakeholders to align brand activities with business goals and long-term growth plans.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Development to define brand positioning and long-term direction.
- Practical experience in Branding and Brand Management to maintain consistency across campaigns, channels, and materials.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey brand narratives clearly to internal teams, partners, and target audiences.
- Ability to perform market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable brand plans.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using brand and marketing tools (e.g., presentation software, analytics platforms, project management tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
