VINSMERA JEWELS is looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building initiatives and strengthen our market presence across Kerala.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies.
- Lead brand positioning, identity and communication initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Drive brand awareness, customer engagement and market expansion.
- Lead advertising, media planning, PR and promotional activities.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media strategy and content development.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign ROI and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative teams and external partners.
- Plan and execute showroom launches, events, exhibitions and brand activations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organisational objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Management preferred.




- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Proven experience in Brand Management, Retail Marketing or Marketing Strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital and traditional marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with robust strategic and analytical abilities.
- Experience in the jewellery, luxury retail or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala as required.
