Product: Loan Against Property (LAP) / Affordable Housing Loan

? Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets for LAP products.
- Generate leads through DSAs, channel partners, local connectors, and property consultants.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with SMEs and self-employed customers.
- Manage and drive DSA / channel partner productivity.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure quality sourcing, KYC compliance, and portfolio management.
- Conduct field visits and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

? Candidate Requirements:





- 2–5 years of experience in BFSI sales.
- Experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, Housing Loans, or Secured Lending.
- Good knowledge of DSA / BC channel management.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in a field sales role.
