About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead overall branch operations, manage sales teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth business functioning. The candidate will be responsible for branch profitability, team performance, client acquisition, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and business activities.
- Drive branch revenue, profitability, and monthly business targets.
- Lead and manage sales, business development, and operational teams.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure team accountability.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members.
- Drive client acquisition, conversions, and business development.
- Build relationships with key clients, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Monitor sales pipelines, closures, collections, and revenue reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, HR, and service delivery teams.
- Implement company policies, processes, and performance standards.




- Identify business growth opportunities and improve branch productivity.
- Report branch performance and business updates to senior management.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in branch management, sales management, or business operations.
- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, business consultancy, financial services, or skilled services preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, business development, and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and drive team performance.
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and business reporting.
- Hindi and English communication required; Gujarati preferred.
