Role & responsibilities

- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency growth managers in the location as per policy guidelines
- To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location
- Work closely with agency growth managers for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching, and helping them in joint calls
- Enable the Agency Managers and Advisors to build & drive a strong advisor force
- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE, through AGMs/Advisors & newly recruited agents.
- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of AGMs/Advisors and agency partners




- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
- Taking care of day to day administration of the branch

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 6 Years of experience in building distribution network / Sales in Agency Channel
- Overall responsible for success of branch operations
- Local Gerographical market experience must
- Solid network of pupil willing to build agency
- Team Handling experience
- Experince is LI is must
- Proven track record of managing strong agency network and have won domestic and International contests
- Should have taken at-least 2-3 promotions in his/her last two tenures.
