Key Responsibilities

- Drive Admissions: Own and achieve monthly and annual revenue, fee collection, and enrollment targets.

- Lead Operations & P&L;: Manage center budgets, handle day-to-day operations, and optimize branch expenses.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor counseling, academic, and administrative teams to achieve maximum productivity.

- Marketing & B2B Outreach: Execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and tie-ups with schools or local communities to generate high-quality leads.

- Student & Parent Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, resolving grievances to ensure high student retention.

Requirements :

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate.

- Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in managing an Ed-Tech center, test-prep coaching institute, preschool, or training branch.

- Skills: Strong sales conversion mindset, excellent leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with CRMs/MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
