Role Description The Branch Credit Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ratangarh. This position is responsible for assessing and approving credit proposals, analyzing customer financials, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines. The role includes conducting due diligence and field visits, reviewing documentation, and maintaining accurate credit files for auto, two-wheeler, commercial vehicle, and MSME loans.

The Branch Credit

Manager will monitor portfolio quality, track overdue accounts,



and coordinate with branch and collection teams to maintain healthy asset quality. The role also involves preparing credit reports, supporting audits, and providing feedback on local market trends to improve credit processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit skills to evaluate loan applications and structure appropriate financing solutions.
- Candidates should possess Credit Risk Management and Analytical Skills to assess borrower profiles, identify risks, and make data-based credit decisions.
- Candidates should possess Finance knowledge to interpret financial statements, cash flows, and collateral valuations.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, branch staff, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and loan management systems.
- Relevant experience in retail lending, MSME finance, or rural/semi-urban credit operations is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work ethically, follow compliance and regulatory requirements, and travel locally for field verifications is required.
