Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage medical billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.

- Oversee the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality output.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in medical coding, radiology, anesthesia, IVR, AAPC certifications.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to patient care, billing discrepancies, or operational concerns.

Job Requirements :

- 10-25 years of experience in Medical Billing Manager role with expertise in Anesthesia, Radiology, IVR, AAPC coding certification.

- Strong understanding of Operations Management principles and Process Management techniques.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in written communication for creating explicit documentation and reports.
