Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery and design workshops. Map the customer’s service model into Helix ITSM: incident, problem, change, request, knowledge and service level management.
- Configure and extend Helix ITSM, Smart IT and Digital Workplace.
- Keep customisation low and documented.
- Design integrations with REST and the Helix platform (Innovation Studio) to OSS/BSS, HR, monitoring and identity systems.
- Plan and run data migration, cutover, hypercare and knowledge transfer.
- Own quality: test plans, defect triage, release notes,
and customer satisfaction above 70 percent on every engagement.
- Mentor two to four engineers and review their work.
Experience/Qualifications
- Must have
- 6 or more years on BMC Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM, with at least 2 full implementations as technical lead.
- BMC Certified Professional: Helix ITSM 22.x (or Associate at offer and Qualified within 90 days).
- BMC Certified Associate: Helix ITSM 22.x or 23.x for Administrators, and AR System 22.x for Administrators.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Clear written English. Comfortable in front of a customer CIO or head of operations.

- BMC Certified Associate: HelixGPT 26.1 Administering for Service Management.
- BMC Certified Associate: Helix Innovation Studio 25.x for Developers.
- BMC Certified Associate: Helix Digital Workplace 23.x for Advanced License Administrators.
- BMC Certified Associate: Helix Service Management On-Premises Deployment 25.x, for customers that cannot use SaaS.
- Telecom OSS/BSS or network operations background.
- Languages: Arabic, English.
