Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic SHE & Sustainability Manager to lead the initiatives, strengthen statutory compliance, and drive continuous improvement towards Zero Reportable Incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SHE strategies, policies, and safety management systems.

Drive ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation, audits, and compliance.

Monitor ETP/STP operations, waste management, and pollution control.

Lead sustainability initiatives focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and environmental performance.

Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations,



and corrective actions.

Drive sustainability reporting, environmental monitoring, and employee awareness programs.

Lead the SHE team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental) with Diploma in Industrial Safety.

Preferred Certifications: GRI, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor, ISO 50001, LEED/IGBC.
