Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Saudi Arabia

Job Overview The Electrologist/Therapist is responsible for delivering electrolysis and facial treatments in accordance with the Furless Treatment Protocol and UAE health and hygiene regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of treatment, client care, safety, and professionalism while supporting client retention, repeat visits, and business growth through excellent service and treatment outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Treatment Delivery and Client Care

- Perform electrolysis and facial treatments in accordance with the Furless Treatment Protocol.
- Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and professionally.
- Maintain the highest standards of client care throughout the treatment journey.
- Provide clients with appropriate treatment recommendations and homecare advice.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and update client information in the system before the end of each working day.
- Encourage clients to maintain their recommended treatment schedule and book their next appointment.
- Support client retention through excellent treatment outcomes and relationship building.

2) Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance

- Comply with all company policies and UAE health and hygiene regulations.
- Wear gloves and a face mask during all treatments.
- Keep hair neatly tied back and avoid wearing jewelry while performing treatments.
- Put on a new pair of gloves and a new face mask in front of each client.




- Open a sterilized tweezer in front of the client before each treatment.
- Use a new sterile probe for every treatment and open it in front of the client.
- Avoid direct skin contact by using appropriate protective measures during treatments.
- Keep nails short, clean, and free from nail polish.
- Use a new disposable bed sheet for every client.
- Dispose of all used probes immediately in the designated medical waste container.
- Sterilize all reusable equipment after each treatment.
- Properly dispose of all used treatment materials and maintain a clean and organized treatment room at all times.

3) Communication and Team Collaboration

- Communicate regularly with the CRM team regarding client treatments and follow-up requirements.
- Inform the Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor of schedules, leave requests, and other work-related matters.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Share suggestions and ideas that may improve treatments, client care, or operational processes.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members.

4) Documentation and Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain complete and accurate client treatment records.
- Ensure all client information is updated in the system.
- Follow company procedures for treatment documentation and reporting.




- Adhere to all company protocols related to client records and treatment history.

5) KPIs and Performance Measurements

- Treatment quality and protocol compliance.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- Rebooking and repeat appointment rates.
- Treatment documentation accuracy.
- Compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience as an Electrologist or Beauty Therapist.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
