Business Development Executive – Appointment Setter & Lead Generator

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have experience in international calling, cold calling, lead generation, and B2B appointment setting.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with international prospects, identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and scheduling appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international (US-based) prospects.

Generate recent business leads through cold calling and other sources.

Identify and qualify potential clients based on business requirements.

Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.

Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.

Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in International Calling, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience in US calling and cold calling is preferred.

Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Comfortable working in US shifts from the Mohali office.
