Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a BD Growth and Content Executive at ViridiaAI. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales pipelines for AI and digital solutions. The individual will develop growth strategies, collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, and contribute to go-to-market plans.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and producing web and social media content, aligning messaging with brand and product positioning,



and optimizing content for lead generation and engagement. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, conducting market and competitor research, and refining outreach and content strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for client engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and clear presentation of AI and business solutions.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create concise, impactful content for websites, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Social Media Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that support business growth.
- Experience in business development, sales, or growth roles in technology, SaaS, or consulting environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with AI, data-driven products, and digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems and basic analytics platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
